The Iconic Hustle Bundle is for those brand owners that want to specifically add key consulting services to what they already have implemented or are not quite ready for the Iconic Intensive Prototype. I’ll partner with you to launch a new, action-packed plan for your business that will entail key strategies, formulas, and ideas that you can start instantly. This service will require 4 hours of your time and automatically includes Anthropology and Exploration and a Full Brand Audit. We will work together to tackle TWO major obstacles, projects, or important objectives for your business. Within those four hours, we will develop the necessary strategies or formulas for the requested services you desire. It’s important to note that all businesses are not the same and in this service, you have the ability to pick which consults will work best for you. If you have questions, I have the solutions. We will discuss everything from conception to completion of your new blueprint. This session is recorded with a copy that will be sent to you after the session. This service does not include follow-up communication-so it's best to prepare questions in advance AND to ask them during the session. Information, including but not limited to technical or non-technical data, a formula, pattern, compilation, program, device, method, technique, drawing, process, financial data, financial plan, product plan, marketing or sales or service plans, business plans, marketing plans, branding plans, publicity plans or public relation plans, list of actual or potential customers or suppliers, or other information similar to any of the foregoing, which (a) derives economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can derive economic value from its disclosure or use, and (b) is the subject of reasonable efforts by a Person to maintain its secrecy.

Sentencing under the Economic Espionage Act can include imprisonment for up to 10 years. If a conviction is obtained against an individual, the defendant can be fined up to $500,000.If a conviction is obtained against a corporation, the fine may be up to $5 million

Code Ann. §§ 59.1-336 to 59.1-343) (2011)), often referred to as VUTSA to distinguish it from the model Uniform Trade Secrets Act (UTSA). if found to disclose or use trade secret of another without express or implied consent can constitute misappropriation and will be filed in the Virginia Court of Law.
