One FULL Day of your time

ICON-IT Girl VIP Branding Suite is a power punch of all of my services combined into an ICONIC day perfect for a BAW$E. Your ICON-IT day will include all of the important bells and whistles of developing a memorable brand and all of the strategies and formulas for you to keep it going for up to one year after our day.  In this service, I also launch your own ICONIC VIP Day that ignites your brand to both of our audiences. This ICON VIP Day will be launched on Google, all digital media platforms, and on-location if possible. We will partner together to make your ICONIC VIP Kick-Off one to remember for you and your audience.

You can expect recorded client video sessions, covering foundational business topics, covering sales strategies, pitching and closing deals with leads, product and intellectual product creation, marketing, and proposal decks, event ideas and implementation, content marketing, and strategizing I mean you name it we cover it.

Before we book our important day we typically discuss our agenda and what we want to accomplish from this day together. I build the day's curriculum around your goals and needs that you shared in your discovery call. The VIP Day is BEST for an entrepreneur who needs to move a little quicker in setting up their strategic business growth initiatives.

The Branding Suite:

  • Sessions are 8 hours long (After we meet it includes 6 additional recorded video sessions for brand maintenance and care)

  • We are on location at a 5-star Hangout

  • I bring all supplies, books, planners, and digital products

  • I buy you breakfast, lunch, and dinner

  • Champagne will be available

  • You get Your own Squarespace website

  • You take home the entire workflow, strategy, formulas and blueprints, and ideas

  • You can plan to stay the night because this day will drain you (in a good way)

  • This session is available through digital interaction if necessary but I prefer in person

 

This service is a “trade secret”.

Trade Secret” means any information, including, without limitation, any formula, pattern, drawing, compilation, program, device, method, technique, computer security information, process, cost data, supplier lists or product or related information, or any Invention, directly or indirectly related to the past, present or anticipated business affairs of the Company, that derives value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to be public or to other persons who can obtain value from its disclosure or use and which is the subject of efforts that are reasonable under the circumstances to maintain such secrecy.

Information, including but not limited to technical or non-technical data, a formula, pattern, compilation, program, device, method, technique, drawing, process, financial data, financial plan, product plan, marketing or sales or service plans, business plans, marketing plans, branding plans, publicity plans or public relation plans, list of actual or potential customers or suppliers, or other information similar to any of the foregoing, which (a) derives economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can derive economic value from its disclosure or use, and (b) is the subject of reasonable efforts by a Person to maintain its secrecy.

Criminal Prosecution for Stealing Trade Secrets

Sentencing under the Economic Espionage Act can include imprisonment for up to 10 years. If a conviction is obtained against an individual, the defendant can be fined up to $500,000.If a conviction is obtained against a corporation, the fine may be up to $5 million

Virginia has adopted the Virginia Uniform Trade Secrets Act (Va. Code Ann. §§ 59.1-336 to 59.1-343) (2011)), often referred to as VUTSA to distinguish it from the model Uniform Trade Secrets Act (UTSA). if found to disclose or use trade secret of another without express or implied consent can constitute misappropriation and will be filed in the Virginia Court of Law.
